This Privacy Notice explains the principles RadiqxMail intends to apply to information collected through the RadiqxMail website and service. The service is currently in pre-launch development, so this notice will be updated before general availability to reflect final production systems and vendors.
Information you provide
RadiqxMail may process information you choose to provide, such as account registration details, display information, support communications, mailbox content, contacts, calendar data, files and settings when those features are used.
Service and security data
RadiqxMail may process technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as device and browser information, authentication events, session information, approximate location derived for security purposes, diagnostics and abuse-prevention signals.
Wallet and blockchain data
Public blockchain activity is inherently public. Wallet addresses, token activity and identity-related blockchain records written to a public network may be visible independently of RadiqxMail. Users should not place private or confidential information directly on a public blockchain.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide and secure the service, synchronize user-requested features, prevent abuse, provide support, improve reliability and fulfill legal obligations. RadiqxMail does not need to sell personal information as part of its product model.
Radiqx Intelligence
The intelligence architecture is designed to favor on-device processing for core AI functions. If a user chooses to configure an external frontier AI provider, information sent through that provider is also subject to the provider's terms and privacy practices.
Retention and control
Retention periods will depend on the type of data, service requirements, security needs and applicable law. Production account controls and final retention schedules will be documented before general availability.
