Pre-launch support

RadiqxMail is currently preparing for early access. This page will become the central place for account, mail, identity, wallet, billing and technical help.

Early access

To request early access, email early.access@radiqxmail.com. Your email application will open with the RadiqxMail early-access subject prepared.

Before sending a support message

Include a clear description of what happened, what you expected to happen, and the device/browser you were using. Screenshots are useful when they do not expose private information.

Never send secrets

Do not email passwords, authenticator codes, recovery codes, wallet private keys, seed phrases or other signing credentials. RadiqxMail support should never need those secrets to assist you.
