These Terms describe the intended rules for using RadiqxMail. RadiqxMail is currently pre-launch. Final binding terms should be published and accepted during account creation before paid or production service begins.

Using RadiqxMail

You must use RadiqxMail lawfully and must not use the service to distribute malware, conduct fraud, abuse other people, interfere with service operation, violate intellectual-property rights or engage in activity prohibited by applicable law.

Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for protecting your credentials, authentication factors, recovery materials and devices. Wallet recovery codes, private keys and similar secrets should never be sent to RadiqxMail by email.

Names and identity

RadiqxMail names are designed to be permanently associated with their created mailbox identity and non-transferable. Availability, reserved terms, prohibited names, pricing and naming rules may be enforced during registration. The avatar NFT created during mailbox setup is an associated digital asset and does not by itself represent every aspect of a user's Radiqx identity.

Plans and fees

Plan features, storage allowances and pricing shown before launch are subject to change until general availability. Any applicable one-time name or minting fee will be shown before a user completes a paid transaction.

Wallet and blockchain activity

Blockchain transactions can be irreversible and network fees or third-party network conditions may apply. Users are responsible for reviewing transaction details before authorization. RadiqxMail does not guarantee the availability or value of any digital asset or blockchain network.

Service availability

Pre-release and early-access functionality may change, experience interruptions or be withdrawn. Production service commitments, if any, will be stated in the applicable plan or enterprise agreement.

Changes

These Terms may be updated as RadiqxMail approaches launch. Material production terms should be presented for acceptance where required.
